The method
The programme is built around three stages. The first restores fundamental freedoms and the rule of law. The second rebuilds trust between citizens and the state through concrete social and economic measures.
The third launches structural reform: education, health, taxation, the economy, and the energy and digital transitions.
Detailed measures will be published in the Documents section, each with its sources and, where it has a cost, its costing.
