Mondher Zenaidi

Education
Mondher Zenaidi was born in Tunis on 24 October 1950. He graduated as an engineer from École Centrale Paris in 1973, then entered the École nationale d’administration, graduating in 1976.
Administration and public enterprises
From 1978 to 1981 he was Deputy Director General of the Tunisian National Tourism Office. In 1983 he became Chairman and Chief Executive of the Tunisian Trade Office.
From 1986 to 1987 he chaired the Espérance Sportive de Tunis.
Parliament
A member of Parliament for the Kasserine region from 1989, he was Vice-President of the Chamber of Deputies from 1991 to 1994.
Government
He joined the government in 1994 as Minister of Transport. He then served as Minister of Trade, Minister of Tourism and Minister of Health until 2011.
