Born in Tunis on 24 October 1950, Mondher Zenaidi is an engineer who graduated from École Centrale Paris (1973) and from the École nationale d’administration (1976).
He held ministerial responsibility in four fields: transport, trade, tourism and health. In 2010, he presided over the 63rd World Health Assembly of the World Health Organization.
